    Pros

The creative team treats you like family, they care about you , your goals, and well being. They make it fun to come to work and we all help each other to reach our goals.

    Cons

Workloads fluctuate a lot, so sometimes you have really crazy busy days, and other times it's super slow. Wishing there was more balance and consistency with workload.

    Pros

Best in class offering. Easy to be enthusiastic about Life Time for what it offers members.

    Cons

Retail hours. Although Life Time did a great job of taking care of it5s employees and members through the pandemic, the industry has been hit hard and it has required substantial financial sacrifice to keep with it in the industry.

    Pros

Family gym membership and discounts on things like Cafe, supplements, and Yoga Teacher Training. Decent branded swag on holidays, and a couple fun outings each year.

    Cons

Underpaid, overworked, no opportunity for advancement from any Assistant role. Sexual harassment runs rampant; owner and other VP's refer to most women as, "Sweetheart." Butt-in-the-seat mentality; no work flexibility. EA's treated like slaves, making snacks and coffee, then fetching dishes from all over the building. No leadership. Once asked an SVP who would be a good leader or mentor for a woman looking to advance, and the reply was, "We don't have those here."

this company only cares about upselling everything. They forget what made them a successful company in the beginning and now they search for upcharges on absolutely everything imaginable.

    Pros

One of the best things about working with Life Time is the ability to gain access to the clubs, along with the work schedule.

    Cons

During the summer it is easy to get burned out because of long hours in the pool and the sun.

Good example of what unions were created for.

    Pros

Free gym memberships. PT employment; sadly no benefits for PT:( At least the members express their value for my work and praise me.

    Cons

Too many to list... management/corporate has so much backwards illogical ways and lack of care for the facility ops team, you would think we are they’re proverbial punching bags ... we are the foundation that keeps the business’s facilities running, yet we are treated like we are disposables and that our hard work never amounts to anything.. we only ever hear more complaints and never any praise. Requests for time off get ignored. No holiday pay.
