    Pros

Very positive, and driven energy especially from new people, and then of course people making great commission. The right people are great to work with. I would say front line workers in all departments are the most pleasant to be around.

    Cons

Majority of leadership and upper management has $$$$$$ for eyeballs. Money drives this company. Sales and numbers. But they do an excellent job of hiding that behind the mask of "Helping the members." Don't get me wrong, the products and a lot of the testing and things like that really do work. But anyone who has "made it" in this company, has made it by putting the member's needs 2nd, and the money first. That is the only way to climb the ladder.

    Great Opportunity as a PT

    Pros

Work-Life Balance Charge rate is more than other gyms in the area so you can make a living without putting in 10-15hr workdays to make a decent income. Nice co-workers Relatively clean for a gym Team support and more member opportunities coming in

    Cons

As with all personal training jobs, you get what you put in. Income is based on clients/client retention. But this is for all trainers usually. Have to show productivity hours. Beginning may be tough to get out of hourly. But it is nice to have the comfort of an hourly wage in the very beginning. So it depends on how you perceive it.
