    I worked at LifeCell International (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good company for an entry level biotechnologist/ microbologist.
    Can move within departments and learn new technical skills.

    Cons

    No hike in salary no matter how long you work for.
    Very low pay.
    They do not pay you if you work on weekends which is most of the weekends.

    -fun training
    -get to meet interesting clients
    -travelling is nice sometimes

    Cons

    -bad management
    -no work life balance
    -no respect to employees
    -work on sunday too

    Advice to Management

    There is such thing as management as they side with higher ranked officials.

    Pros

    If you are with hard working attitude, yu ll get a lot of support from every corner in the company.
    Many Employee benefit programs are there.
    If you are friendly with the employes, they ll be friendly with you. Good company to start a career with.

    Cons

    Little work pressure in the month closing which is very common in all the companies.

    Advice to Management

    No advice needed for them. They surely know how to take care of their employees.
