Great group of people, all working with the patient in mind. Very dedicated, knowledgeable and fun group. Strong patient focus.
Communication between sales and development leading to over-promising. Homegrown IT system that is virtually impossible to redo without costing a TON. The company succumbed to this and a number of other problems. It's too bad.
The people were great to work with. It is a company with a great mission and people who care about the mission.
Communication from senior management. Career advancement opportunities.
Close community of employees. Good place to work with interesting projects and activities. People are generally friendly and willing to work together. The company business model is very interesting an innovative.
Bad economic times really had negative business impacts on the organization. A fair amount of downsizing occurred as a result. Significant staff cuts made it more challenging to keep up with the work and demands to keep everything afloat.
