    Pros

Your residents/consumers. You'll fall in love with them. All the cursing and fighting you go through will make you question your future but I promise, your first day away from them, you'll miss them.

    Cons

No consequences for anyone who ranks above you. Supervisor (not all of course) abusing their privileges, neglecting their duties and mistreating their staff.

    Advice to Management

Is it cheaper to replace one supervisor or your entire direct support staff? We are the better deal, without a supervisor who will do paperwork? Or without DSP who will take care of the residents? Choose wisely.
