    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at LifePoint Health part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Like most healthcare facilities, the majority of the staff are very dedicated

    Cons

The company is more concerned with stock prices and upper management bonuses than with providing excellent services.

    Advice to Management

Realize that healthcare is a right for every American and not a source of riches for the few. Don't line your pockets with the profits squeezed from human suffering.

Great pay! Two options for benefits and without. 10% difference.

    Cons

Probably short staffed and lack of breaks. Hard to hit 40 hours a weeks consistently. Most of the hospitals business is being routed to El Paso,TX.
