    Pros

    Likeable people. Good pay. New management is trying to change the very siloed culture. Efforts are being made to improve the company to be more attractive to existing employees and to new people.

    Cons

    The company is still challenged by a lot of disorganization. It has difficulty recognizing and advancing its best employees and supporting those that are good contributors. The office itself has not been upgraded for many years and is suffering from looking a bit tired.

    Advice to Management

    Move faster on the investments and improvements for employees including a more formal evaluation and advancement process, renovated office environment, and recognize that you have talented employees that are in demand in other companies.

    Pros

    It's a small company that allows you to learn the many functions of a large organization if you're apart of the cross functional teams.

    Cons

    The parent company is located in Switerland and the executive leadership is clueless to the market changes occuring in the US healthcare market. The company is lacking a strategic direction and a cohesive leadership team that builds confidence in the organization.

    Advice to Management

    Bring in a consulting company that will help the executive team learn strategy development and team alignment before speaking with the employees.

    I have been working at LifeWatch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good technology with a customer service advantage over the competition. Managers support their reps and do their best to give them the tools they need. 401k match plus expenses. Upper management is doing a better job listening to the sales force and giving them tools to win.

    Cons

    Over promises new technology to reps and customers. Goals can be unrealistic. Lots of turnover. Too much turnover in top management.

    Advice to Management

    Get stability to encourage reps stay with the company. Provide new technology when promised. Don't over promise and under deliver.

    Leadership invests in top talent and employee engagement. Great employee benefits - benefits start the first of the month following your start date :)

    Not a work from home culture yet

    Pros

    The people who work with LifeWatch are friendly and courteous. There is some flexibility within shceduling when needed.

    Cons

    The management teams seem to not have any particular direction they are headed in and cause uncertainty internally in the company. There is a major lack of proper communication and future plans of which direction the company is headed.

    Advice to Management

    Constantly hiring new people to supposedly fix a much deeper problem is not the answer and only makes matters worse for employees. Better transparency between management and staff and having a plan for the companies future will remove uncertainty.

    Pros

    Friendly staff, helpful managers. No stress or pressure. Easy going. Very relaxed office ambience.

    Cons

    Very cheap pay. Recently they did a market analysis on the average income for each and every position in the company. They raised wages for anyone below that average. Only problem is the skills required to do these jobs are not much, so the pay is not great.

    Pros

    There are some nice reps where I made great friendships over the years.

    Cons

    This is a horrible company. Do yourself a favor and run. The company has a ton of lawsuits if you google them and have horrible customer service. They make it very difficult for customers to utilize their service. They also don't give you sales rankings so you have a difficult time leaving the company because they know if they don't give you sales rankings it makes it impossible to leave LifeWatch. RUN from the position in sales.

    Advice to Management

    Fire all the regional manager as they don't provide value to the company.

    Pros

    Most coworkers are friendly
    Casual fridays
    Has a workout room available to everyone
    Has a break room with free coffee, tea, water, fridge/freezer
    Big company but coworkers feel like family eventually

    Cons

    Floating shift- some days you work 6:30am-3pm and some days 2:30pm-11pm.

    The pay could be better, I believe now they start people off at around $13-14.

    Rules are not taken seriously and people get away with things due to favoritism.

    The company is quick to throw their employees under the bus if something happens.

    New technicians are not trained correctly and they mess up often; which leads to them getting written up eventually.

    Unprofessional phone manners from most technicians and the company doesn't seem to care.

    No room for growth. They will give you a chance at an interview for other positions but end up hiring outside of the company to people who know less than the current employees who applied.. Doesn't make sense.

    Big turnover because employees are treated like children (could be due to the fact that most of them act like it)

    Gossip.

    Advice to Management

    Take your employees seriously. You are losing valuable people who contributed so much to the company and you don't seem to care when they go. You are left with new technicians who are not trained thoroughly and don't know atrial fibrillation from tachycardia and it's making a mess for the older tehcnicians. Also give appropriate raises to your employees. The few extra cents that they get a year compared to the big bucks higher management gets is just sad.

    Good employees but absolutely nothing

    Cons

    No growth, no pay, no incentives

    Advice to Management

    Please care about your employees, be competitive like other companies and give a raise legit raise not cents.
