    I worked at LifeWatch full-time

    Pros

The employees, potlucks, events and minimal micro-managing.

    Cons

Unprofessional managers and supervisors, 30 min lunches, phone systems- they track your every move from lunch, breaks, fax, bathroom etc, lack of support, they contradict themselves, and allot of favoritism.

I worked at LifeWatch full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice employee treatment most of the time. The salary is at the higher end of the spectrum.

    Cons

Constant changes in procedures and projects due to poor decision making of the top management. Most of the planning is abandoned or changed.

    New technology is rarely utilized.

Lots of gossiping and scheming at the middle and lower management levels.

They offer you a mutual agreement contract termination with the current date.

    Advice to Management

First identify what is all of the relevant information.
Don't start planning without all of the relevant information that is required.

Also allow for the employees at the lower hierarchy levels to review and rate the performance of their superiors, more metrics is always better for the HR decision making.

    I worked at LifeWatch full-time

    Pros

Insurance is available. Good PTO policy.

    Cons

The company has gone through many major, unpredictable changes for the past 9 years or so; changing CEO's, eliminating departments, constant change of managers and supervisors, rules, and regulations. Your job is never secure and you can get let go at any time. If you get let go, they let you know at the end of the day/shift; your personal items are retrieved for you. Management gets away with bullying; uses coworkers as spies; convince coworkers to be enemies; promotions denied due to animosity yet work you to the bone. There is frequent Mandatory overtime. Definitely, not a job I would recommend.

I have been working at LifeWatch full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

It's a small company that allows you to learn the many functions of a large organization if you're apart of the cross functional teams.

    Cons

The parent company is located in Switerland and the executive leadership is clueless to the market changes occuring in the US healthcare market. The company is lacking a strategic direction and a cohesive leadership team that builds confidence in the organization.

    Advice to Management

Bring in a consulting company that will help the executive team learn strategy development and team alignment before speaking with the employees.

    Pros

you will get 30 min lunch break and two 15 min break

    Cons

Management allow employees to disrespect each other in the work environment, lack of diversity, lack of opportunities to move up in the work environment, no accountability from management of lack luster performance, Do not pay employees on time, if you are a temp worker you most likely will not get hired.
