    I worked at LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    22 year old company. Many employees have 10, 15, 20+ years with the company. Conservative. AM Best A- rated company. Parent company is Premera Blue Cross in Seattle, WA.

    Cons

    Exited Oregon insurance market on 4/21/2016. Will completely cease operations within the next few months. The corporate office in Portland will close by end of year 2016.
