Pros

Interesting topic within genomics

Cons

- More bad eggs than good - Do not trust anyone - They are dishonest in their processes, they have no business strategy, they do not know about marketing, and are very nepotistic by nature. - Several employees are related to the CEO or referred by someone within leadership. - They will wear you down to the point of having anxiety attacks and can result in getting sick - There is no work life balance and the expectation is for you to work in the GMT/BST timezones. - Leadership is highly misogynistic and will stress you out

Pros

There are some truly talented and professional staff in various departments. However leadership is significantly lacking in key areas.

Cons

Lack of professional acumen, lack of vision, an immature maturity model, an extremely poor treatment of personnel makes this company less than desirable.

Pros

Very good at courting investors, even with underdeveloped product. Very diligent on Glassdoor, and will probably follow behind this with a 5 star review. Very good at increasing and advertising their data pool, even if they can't efficiently operationalize it for customers.

Cons

The executive team lacks the cognitive horsepower to think of good solutions, the decisioning skills to apply them, and the organizational skills to hold things together. Like they're hemorrhaging money and don't have the corporate chops to do anything about it. Instead of fixing their culture, they'll flood Glassdoor with 5 star reviews (again). My optimistic estimate is that they get acquired for much less than the $70M they've raised
