I have been working at Lifespire Inc full-time

    Pros

    It a job , that's all.

    Cons

Crappy training and Supervisors are disrespectful. I made a big mistake leaving a job that was paying much more to work with a company that do not value you as a good worker. Oh yeah the pay is crappy. The turnover for staff is incredible.

    Advice to Management

Value your worker. Raise the pay.

I worked at Lifespire Inc part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The best experience was being able to make a difference and to enhance one's life in an immeasurable way.

    Cons

There were no challenges that I faced working there. I had a beautiful experience working at LifeSpire and I wouldn't mind working for them again in the near future.

I worked at Lifespire Inc full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lifespire offers really good benefits and fair pay. It is a happy environment to work in. HR puts in a very good effort.

    Cons

Each location is different. Newport News, the kitchen is one of the most stressful jobs. Very unorganized. There is no real leadership or teamwork. Your effort will more than likely go un-noticed. The training process is more of a 2 week nightmare full of stress and a lot of confusion.

    Advice to Management

The training for each position lacks...training. Spend more time working as a team and building each other up.
