    Pros

    Variety of tasks. Friendly co-workers

    Cons

Company closed - passed up many great opportunities to save the company.

    Advice to Management

Should have allowed people who had better knowledge of how to run the business step in and take over.

I worked at Lifestyle Lift (More than a year)

    Pros

Terrific co-workers who truly care about the patients.

    Cons

In order to be successful in my job, I needed to lie to people.

    Advice to Management

Lifestyle Lift does not have "The BestDoctors in the country performing this procedure at a fraction of the price! Company is in a major financial decline and closing centers.

management, hr, constant changes in training. It's like they are grasping for straws

    Advice to Management

stop trying to bully employees and using fear tactics. Stop trying to pit employees against each other for your own enjoyment

I worked at Lifestyle Lift full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can work in a clean, comfortable , quiet environment. You're given paid training to start and required to participate in on-going training which can be both pro and con. You dress comfortably (but professionally) and you don't work late hours.

    Cons

Unrealistic goals, co-workers "stealing" sales, poor management, temperamental surgeons. You have to assign new patients to all surgeons equally, even if you don't believe they all are similarly skilled.

    Advice to Management

Do the right thing, not the easy thing. Too much emphasis on making money at the expense of the client.

I worked at Lifestyle Lift full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Interesting work, seeing the outcomes of procedures is always amazing.

    Cons

No time for lunch or breaks. Grueling crunches due to crazy scheduling; conflicts between departments with opposite goals. False advertising made working there very difficult and tense. Often on the defensive with prospective clients as a result.

    Advice to Management

Money spent in a haphazard and wasteful manner, particularly in regard to printed materials. Review rote and cheesy sales process.

I have been working at Lifestyle Lift full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Consultants are taught good sales techniques and trained well when hired. Training takes place at the corporate headquarters. Great place to learn useful skills to apply in a job situation that will actually allow for personal growth.

    Cons

Disconnect between local office and corporate office with sales when it comes to supporting staff and building a culture of trust. The illusion of a team environment is only a dream in the local office. No team work or team support.

    Advice to Management

Create an honest workplace by being honest in your interactions with staff. Gossip should not start at the top and work its way down through the office. Empower staff don't hold them back.

Some of the best reasons to work at Life Style Lift was first the hours, and second, the down time you would expierence during the day.

    Cons

Some of the downsides to working for Life Style Lift was poor managment, no opportunity for growth, and the promise of raises that never came.

    Pros

You'll get coaching and build sales skills. You can build on skills to navigate a heavily political atmosphere. If you are open to coaching, you will progress rapidly in your position as an inside sales rep.

    Cons

There are very limited opportunites for advancement, no matter how much drive and ambition you put out there. The pay scale and schedule are constantly changing, making it difficult to make plans, not only socially, but financially. If you have a family, plan on not being there for them. If your job is your priority, you will have a better time with this than most of us od.

    Advice to Management

It shouldn't be this difficult, given the level of experience you have, to build a call center. You have smart people working for you who just want know they're appreciated.
