    Pros

loved my co-workers and patients and thought the surgical results were very good.

    Cons

fakey motivation crap like forcing us to do "power moves" gag me, and how our emails were flooded nonstop with "inspirational" messages like "yea team you rock" "believe and achieve" which you'd have to be a puppy to get excited by that crap

    Advice to Management

    wont matter, company is dead

    Pros

Great Co- Workers! Flexible schedule! Caring Managers!

    Cons

Bad Management/ Mis management of monies by former CEO and VP's. They let all employees go with out providing full final paychecks, no PTO paid and no access to 401 k.

    Advice to Management

No advice company closed because of Owner and former CEO. Please stay far away from other successful companies. You cost 400 hard working employees their jobs.

    Pros

Loved the doctors I worked with, some of my co-workers and many of the patients, but the "Powers that Were" (they are now out of business and bankrupt, though I'm sure off-shore funds will keep the previous owner comfortable, and he has no conscience, so he'll never care how he ruined hundreds and hundreds of lives) lied, cheated, stole and abused everyone under them.

    Cons

Not enough room to list all the cons, from false advertising, fake rah-rah stuff, unkept promises, a blatant lack of concern for employees, but it doesn't matter. They are history.

    Advice to Management

Don't reopen any business. Just move out of the country and enjoy your illegal off-shore funds until you die (like your business did...very, very badly)!

    Pros

Loved the people I worked with and the Dr is amazing... Great results for the patients.

    Cons

Owner of the company let the office get evicted by not filing for CH11 and waited too long so the entire company went out of business

I worked at Lifestyle Lift full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I would describe the company as having a solid training program, training was ongoing, they provided mentors to underperforming consultants and they genuinely wanted you to succeed.

    Cons

Compared to industry standards the compensation structure was below average. Some consultants sold upwards of 2 mil. annually and still didn't exceed a salary of more than $60k. Lots of unnecessary emails with pointless "GAB" that was probably most irritating. Also lots of turnover. Average consultant lasted about 1 year.

    Advice to Management

None, the company is CLOSED. Oh wait.... Pay your employees! When they abruptly closed those of us who were still there worked 2 weeks and received NO pay! Totally unacceptable. If people work they should be paid. NO EXCUSES!!!

I worked at Lifestyle Lift full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A positive environment with emphasis on team work and focus on patient.
Caring and supportive management with open door policy.
Good opportunity for career advancement or enhancement within company.
Amazing surgeons who continually collaborate to practice and share the most effective and efficient surgical techniques with eachother to provide the best result possible for each patient.
Well thought out, organized and implemented standard operating procedures.
Much more than the typical Surgical Tech role. You see the patient through from consultation to sugical procedure to post-op follow up (An amazing transformation and experience).

    Cons

Probably not for you if you do not wish to have more patient contact and interaction.
Somewhat flexible schedule depending on surgery schedule.
