I worked at Lifestyle Lift full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The training was wonderful, staff and management at the center was top notch. Positive atmosphere for the most part. Our doctors were the best and our patients were great. Surgical techs and front desk were caring and professional.

    Cons

Now let's get to the real problem! The Owner!,,can I just say crazy town! He ran his business into the ground and shut the doors on his employees and their patients. He pressured people to pay cash so that he would have money to run his failing business.
Everyone in the cooperate offices were just trying to keep the business running and operating procedures seemed to change daily.

    Advice to Management

So sad. You sad sad little man. I hope you can make this right for your employees and your patients and your doctors reputations

The owner refused to face his financial dilemma and drove the company into the ground. After months of no advertising, the doors closed on everyone's employment.
