Pros
There are some good people.
Cons
The company is run by the corporate office based in Ireland. They have the power over everything and have zero empathy for people. If you work in the US and they feel you are stepping on their toes or they do not like you they will terminate you at the drop of a dime. Terminations are always in the US never in the Ireland office. Turn around rate for corporate is less than one year. There is no work life balance so expect to work all day. Zero culture. Everyone is set up for failure since the beginning. I have never had such a stressful job. If you work here don't expect to stay for long. Best to steer clear from this one.

Pros
Coworkers are great people like eachother in good ways.
Cons
This is not a good company and their are lots better places to work in utah county. Company doesn't higher good leaders and Supervisors get intimidated with good performers and make up reasons for them to quit or be laid off. I'll be looking for a new company soon this one need to grow up. Life wave gets rid of good employees too and keeps bad ones because they are more popular.

Pros
There has been a lot of change at LifeWave over the last year. One of those things is we are big enough now for an HR Department! I have been here almost 6 months, and we have changed so much. I truly love the LifeWave group, spread all over the country. The owner is a kind, smart man who cares about his employees and their stories. It is a fun, creative atmosphere, with lots to do and so much growth coming. I know some people have had different experiences, low turnover and a very good working environment. I would urge anyone interested to give LifeWave an opportunity to show you what our team can do - both professionally and personally - for all our staff.
Cons

It can be a little pricey to start but it's well worth it. Building a team is harder for some people.
