There were frequent changes in leadership, which sometimes led to unclear direction and an overly optimistic view of the company’s potential. On the positive side, I valued the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and develop new skills. However, clearer processes and stronger communication would have made the work experience much smoother. With those improvements, this could be an even stronger workplace.

I worked in implementation and it was discouraging. Senior leaders act are reactive and disrespectful and don’t take time to understand the processes that actually worked or what customers really needed. Instead of supporting the team, they change things on a whim and push blame when issues come up. It’s a toxic environment that makes it hard to stay motivated.
