-Recently laid off around 25% of the workforce -Over work their employees, talk a lot about work life balance but then expect you to work 9 hours+ a day. If you leave before 6pm you're seen as not contributing to the team or not being "passionate" about your job -Spent the last few weeks hiring new people they couldn't pay the salary for, only to lay them off before they'd been here a month -Actions don't match company values, the #1 value is "passionate about small business success", but the product, when it's not broken, just creates internet noise and doesn't really add value to customers. -The management weighs workers down with so many clients they can't all get adequate service. -Management only care about making a sale and don't care about the client once they have signed a contract -The majority of the positive reviews on here are from the management of the company trying to make the situation look better than it is
