    I worked at LimoLink full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    * Office environment is fun
    * Catered lunches sporadically
    * Beer cart a few times a year

    Cons

    * Small company no advancement opportunities
    * They value quantity over quality
    * Hard work isn't recognized
    * Processes are up for interpretation (it all depends on who works a mistake to place blame)
    * They place great emphasis on the clients even when they are wrong, they are always right. No one sticks up for the employees
    * Half of the managers do not do anything.
    * If you're family, you're hired immediately regardless if you're capable of actually doing the job
    * No 401K match
    * No department togetherness, everyone is more concerned with making themselves look better by making you look bad vs helping each other

    Advice to Management

    * Better pay
    * Don't focus solely on metrics
    * Stand up for your employees
    * Recognize achievement

    Pros

    Not much! One good thing is little supvision but on the the flip if you make one little mistake be prepared to be fired! They don't hold back they will fire you for anything! I do like that they supply fruit and veggies twice a week.

    Cons

    Little training and management never has your back. Plus since day one I have had ant all over my feet, legs, and desk. Said something to HR nothing was done. Been here years and always feel like I'm battling for my survival. THE ONLY REASON I WROTE THIS IS TO SAY PLEASE DONT WASTE TIME IN YOUR LIFE AND WORK HERE!

    Advice to Management

    NEPOTISM! !!!!!! I've never worked some where with everyone related and given special treatment.

    Pros

    Small company cares for it's employees. A lot of fun perks you won't get with larger company. Growing fast and works hard to be on top of their game.

    Cons

    Struggling to let go of mom and pop mentality to grow to a larger enterprise company. Attempts to move in that direction frequently diverted.

    I have been working at LimoLink full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Decent scheduling, Fun Company Functions, laid back atmosphere, nice small perks

    Cons

    Limited advancement opportunities, unequal management, a lot of nepotism. Quantity is valued over the actual quality of the work that is being done. Heavy reliance on unreliable technology. Training is currently very poor. Benefits are EXTREMELY expensive.

    Advice to Management

    Consider moving away from the nepotism in key areas, and higher management needs to make more of an appearance. Improve training, and move back to the core values of the company. Less reliance on numbers for purposes of determining an employee's worth.

    Pros

    The best thing is timely direct deposit.

    Cons

    The games that are played. One must achieve favored status in order to receive an adequate amount and fair-share of business.

    Advice to Management

    There is a rating for the CEO Bill Barnes. He might as well be the Invisible Man. The company is run by a couple of jerks. Become more vendor-friendly.
