I worked at Lincare Holdings full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Merit Based Career Advancement Opportunities
    Working with Patients
    Good Area and District Management

    Cons

    Low Pay,
Insurance Reimbursement Cuts make hitting bonus impossible regardless of growth performance.
Too focused on low reimbursement Items because they used to be good revenue lines.
Huge problem with taking non-billable business because it's easier to deal with.

    Advice to Management

Would have given 4 stars 2 years ago. Things have gotten worse and old CEO's lack of emphasis on technology is now holding company back to a point I'm not sure it will overcome. Shift Focus to better margin lines of business and only allow credit for billable business.
