    Patient orinted, with growth and solvency in mind. Growing toward the future with technology, a wealth of resources and knowledge.

    We need more accountability toward accuracy and efficiency. There are times, as in every business environment, we all could do better at taking care of tasks rightthe first time through.

    Customer Service department has friendly co-workers

    Cons

    Management has no organizational skills and there is a lot of work to get done with no time to complete all your tasks. Technology is old and outdated and the payscale is way too low for the work needing to be completed. Hostile work environment that causes a lot of employees to become stressed out and overwhelmed. High turnover rate. No incentives for being top performer within the center as well as no recognition for quality work/high stats!

    Advice to Management

    This location needs to replace the management as she has no compassion for people and does not set realistic goals and expectations. There is no structure within the group!

    Pros

    Love what I do but very little teamwork which means a lot more than you can handle. Would be nice to have more staff.

    Cons

    On call 7-9 days a month. Favoritism between management and staff.

    Advice to Management

    Ditch area manager with fresh management that has new ideas and doesn't buddy up to CM's

    Pros

    The only thing I liked were my co workers. Also the Drivers were good as well. Loved working for my supervisor

    Cons

    Lack of communication. Upper management not willing to help in sales. Down grade people at any given moment. Had there picks.

    Pros

    Gives an insight into the medical device market. You get to see the dark underbelly of how physicians expect to have their back scratched just to get a 5 minute sit down.

    Cons

    Area Manager was a nightmare. She consistently undermined the office staff and even sent an office wide email saying she thought an employee should be let go, which the employee read. There wasn't any training to speak of even though we were supposed to serve a critical role in the health of our clients. Our deliveries covered a massive geographical area with only one driver and then had complaints from the Area Manager that our deliveries were too slow. Safety concerns were raised several times so they sent the safety rep for the company to go over a 500 page manual in an afternoon, then when he left the Area Manager said the guy was basically an idiot and not to worry about safety.

    Advice to Management

    I understand you need revenue and a profit is needed to justify the location but please have a proper system in place to prepare your employees for their work and don't overextend your Service Reps by sending them two hours away from the office to service one client.

    Meet nice people out in the field

    Cons

    Management is horrible, moral at the center is very low, no loyalty, very cut-throat. Management is held accountable for NOTHING while the employees are held accountable for EVERYTHING.

    Advice to Management

    Respect your employees as they are the ones that bring in and maintain the business. No good employees means no good business.

    Financially Solid company. Great upward mobility for those willing to work hard

    Cons

    Long hours, lower salary even when compared to smaller mom and pop business in the same industry

    Consolidate some of your offices. Update your CRM and go to EMR

    Pros

    The health benefits are ok. The vacation time and paid holidays are definitely a bonus. There is a potential to earn great wages and incentives if you are willing to put in the time.

    Cons

    Reps do not get paid commission unless the referral clears billing. This can be very frustrating at times.

    Advice to Management

    Review the way reps are paid and pay them for their hard work of bringing in the referrals which is the main goal.
