    Pros

    Good benefits. Making clients happy

    Cons

Not sure where to begin, they draw you in with positives. Then you find out there are none. Working a job that is meant for 6 people instead of one is kind of hard. You get no help,no training and under paid for the work that you do. Your boss and upper management all they do is talk at you and expect you to do your job on top of theres. They dont realize what u go thru for the company each day. My hard work got me stabbed in the back and was let go

    Advice to Management

Go to all the lincare offices and see how they work and what they go thru everyday to make the public happy and the company happy. You have no clue how fast this company will go out of business

    Advice to Management

You will get low balled on salary so make sure you are prepared to show your worth and stick to your guns.

I worked at Lincare Holdings full-time

    Pros

Insurance benefits were highly competive and compensation was above the norm for the area.

    Cons

Compliance is a joke. I was terminated for an incident that I was in no way involved after an internal investigation. Performance bonuses were promised, but often withheld due to overall corporate decision

    Advice to Management

Upper mgmt needs to make it a point to make sure people are properly trained and positions are covered at the centers.

    Pros

Great pay and benefits. 8-5 with some overtime. Mileage reimbursement

    Cons

Weekend call, high turnover rate in other departments can cause daily stress. Wear and tear on vehicle.

    Advice to Management

This is the department with the highest turnover. Do not let other departments run the show. You are the manager!

I worked at Lincare Holdings full-time

    Pros

Most of the people who are not management are nice to work with. They have good paid holidays above average over other companies. Excellent sales training program if you don't mind being away for two weeks straight.

    Cons

Commissions are very difficult to track and extremely difficult to get paid on. While sales training is great, there is no formal training on how to get paid for your commissions. I didn't find out until after working there for 3 months - and that was from another sales rep telling me.

    Advice to Management

Try to control the ever flowing attrition of sales people and you may have a more successful company. Start with revamping the commission structure and making it easier to get paid and you will have people who may want to stick around.

    Pros

Benefits, ok company if your young and want experience that is it! 401k, vacation. Holidays off. Health insurance. Eye, dental

    Cons

Hippocrates! Treat employees like machines always asking more and never giving credit where it's due! They don't give cost of living raises! All based on numbers! They don't care about the patients welfare although they want you to portray it, more concerned about making that dollar! Employees are underpaid in all areas

They are just now making upgrades to the sales field as far as information. They put sister companies second, they say it's not your competition yet they are! Always have to fight to get answers and takes forever to get them! They promote CADU caring, accountability, dedication, unite, but that is nothing but Talk. Car allowances is under federal guidelines!

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect! Train all employees don't just through them to the wolves! CM's are not always right! There is a double standards and there should not be!

    Advice to Management

Upper management should really listen to employees and pay attention to centers with high turnover rates.

    Cons

just changed insurance for 2017. tripled deductible, premiums went up, coverage went down. Couldn't afford. had to find other employment. Center manager was great, but was never there , always off doing her own thing on company time, leaving everyone else to do all the work whole she collected the large bounus payout. - no to hold her accountable for her time

    Advice to Management

Get better insurance for a more affordable price.
