    Legitimate sales job

    Cons

    Management is very stressed so they don't stay
    They will leave you without management for a long period of time
    Hard to go through the process to get commission
    Terrible software, needs to be updated
    No laptop or devices

    I worked at Lincare Holdings (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Benefits, fast paced, great patients ,great relationship between referral sources.

    Cons

    TURN OVER, upper mgmnt didn't believe truth cuz u were not a mgr. WORST place 2 ever work, HARASSMENT, treated like u were a nobody. Didn't care bout u, only numbers! BAD comp! Told TRUTH got written up n fired.Need 2 listen to staff other than management they are tellin u truth, unable to tell tho cuz always knew who it came from there was no confidentiality, then got retaliation against you. Hope VP n President read this, cuz really goes on in their company! ! Please believe what your told about matters, don't only believe managers, under management ARE telling you the TRUTH.many plp lost jobs cuz many unbelievable reasons but one is mgr's didn't like other staff. They actually set plp up! This is PURE truth and you need to check into HOWEVER staff VERY scared they will loose job if they speak about the things that are really happening. ATTN: PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, CEO, COO. Look at ur management even if showing you #'s you like plp are being harassed, scared to go to worked daily, threatened, lied to, blamed for things so management wldnt get in trouble. I Beg YOU to check on this, I know many locations and wld be hard but ur area mgrs is a place to start, you see or hear what they say and thats a start to focus on plp in that area/district. People need to be treated with respect not like a piece of dirt and tes tour managers of all kinds treat YOUR staff that are loyal to you that way! Please please look into.

    Advice to Management

    Believe under management, they are twlling truth however they are VERY scared to say anything due to small offices of 5 to 12 plp easy to figure out who said what. You have loyal under dogs but your managers of ALL kind harass staff, degrade, even went as far as to blame rather than take responsibility. SEE ABOVE STATEMENT! ! And of all things look into please, your looking for a harassment case. You shld know who and location this is happening, don't pay attention to numbers JUST ONCE. Again read above

    I worked at Lincare Holdings full-time

    Pros

    The people I worked for were great. There was a real feeling of a small office and as much overtime as you could ever dream of.

    Cons

    No room for advancement. The company allows you to make your own route however there a constantly things added onto your busy day you are required to do before punching out.

    Advice to Management

    My manager and I got along very well but sometimes too well. We were more friends than boss and colleague and that allowed a lot of emotions into exchanges.

    The staff are caring and hard working.

    Low salaries, outdated equipment, bad service and management that had no experience or training in best management practices.

    Advice to Management

    Get updated equipment, increase salaries and listen to staff about their concerns and suggestions.

    Freedom and flexibility depending on your numbers and manager

    Poor leaders poor training. Too many hoops to jump through with paperwork. High turnover
