    Pros

Local, Friendly, Family Oriented, Tradition, Community

    Cons

Not enough promotion within, more about who you know.

    Advice to Management

There are many talented individuals within the district, but they are constantly being overlooked and not appreciated. I personally put my heart and soul into the district and the families we educate---I would still be there full time if I was recognized for my achievements and allowed to prosper.

    Pros

Coworkers are high quality people. The leadership is positive and strives for excellence.

    Cons

The district could use more funding to build and update facilities, as well as hire additional staff to reduce teacher/student ratios and administration duties.

    Advice to Management

Keep striving for excellence, it is making a difference.
