A great place for someone looking to make a career. Open and accepting environment, no matter your background. Management can be flexible as needed to ensure a healthy work-home balance. Colleagues are very supportive and encouraging.

Cliches or favoritism exists in multiple settings. Management sometimes feel hesitant to approach difficult situations when it comes to employee productivity.
