    LMMHC is the best place to learn the art of nursing and acquire skills for your nursing career. There is less pressure and great deal of support.

    Management just like HHC culture, does not promote board certifications or pursuing higher education.

    encourage your employees especially nurses to be board certified and also give more incentive for education.
