There is plenty of OT if you're hourly. An opportunity to create a memorable experience for your residents. Have met a few great people that worked for this company who have also since resigned.
Cons
Don't let the potential for growth fool you. Compensation and bonuses were decent, but overworked and understaffed is the name of the game. I was regularly left alone in the office with no support performing the job of 2-3 people. Good luck ever leaving the office around your scheduled out time, you're chained to your desk here with an unattainable workload. Unsustainable to the point of mental breakdown. Don't expect actual support or follow-through from your manager after voicing your concerns. You'll be met with empty promises. Hope you like software, because there's an absolutely ridiculous amount of platforms and reports you're required to utilize on a daily basis.

It took a while to become a part of such a highly respected organization, and I can certainly say it was worth the wait! Everyone has made me feel that it was the right decision for my career. I feel like I have come home to Lincoln, and it feels great!
