      - Free lunch for full-time faculty and staff (August - May) - Full tuition reimbursement for degree programs

      Cons

      - Low pay - Lack of training - Management is inconsistent, clueless, and treats their employees horribly - Long hours are often necessary without reimbursement or appreciation - Communication is discouraged - Tasks seem to be assigned almost randomly, as individuals are not given projects according to their experience or expertise Lindenwood is like the Twilight Zone...
