    Pros

They do a really great job with working with your school schedule and study conflicts if you are a student.

There aren't really any cons. Sometimes the work can get a bit monotonous, but other than that it is a nice work environment.

    Advice to Management

Thank you so much for prioritizing the students in this work environment, to make sure that school work is always the priority.

Small classes, four years to get to know your students, generally 3/3 teaching loads, faculty have a large role in governance, beautiful campus in beautiful region, about an hour from Portland

    Cons

Relatively low salaries but above average compensation packages (because of a good healthcare plan and a great retirement plan)

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Great group of people, good communication between lower level employees, positive working environment, great overall experience.

    Cons

Interaction with upper level management was not easily doable, not a clear vision for all employees to buy into and work towards.

    Advice to Management

Open more lines of communication between management and ground level employees in order to bridge the communication gap.

I worked at Linfield College part-time

    Pros

Taught me how to cold call. Good incentives for getting donations. Everyone is happy to work with you and help you succeed.

    Cons

In the beginning you get stuck calling recent alumni that have just graduated and are still paying student loans. Sometimes you end up calling people who got kicked out of the school. Cold calling isn't always fun.
