Flexible hours is provided to interpreters.
Cons
Do not work for this company. The pay is extremely low, there is practically no call volume, but the managers harass you to stay online and wait for phone calls. So basically you have to sit four hours for that one phone call that comes to you that last 5 minutes, so you get paid for like a buck for all those four hours of waiting. I have already reported this company to the labor department for unfair wages. Do not work for them.
