    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Link4 as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Get to work on different boards and all kind of programming(C, java, python, html, low level)
    No clocking

    Cons

Wake up, go to work, come home, sleep. Repeat. Will have to work 10-12 hours most days.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at Link4 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Small Team and Company
Some benefits but not a lot
    Job is stable

    Cons

Lower Pay compared to other companys
Small Team, I know I said this above but it also a disadvantage
Engineering Manager is also CEO and everything manager

    Advice to Management

Invent more in Engineering and not just other departments.

    Pros

Decent management, work specification, predictability. Company taking care of employees. Salary decent.

    Cons

For a programmer a boring job.
You get the spec and implement it in some strange, ancient system.
    No contact with the client.
I've learned nothing over 1,5 years.
Pretty basic software development process. Analyze -> code -> test -> deploy.

    Advice to Management

Introduce more sophisticated development processes. More new technologies or at least opportunities to grow for people.
