Pros
- There are a lot of great people. - Bright, attractive office space. - They'll help support your professional development and let people change departments based on their interests. - They'll hire you if English is your only language.
Cons
- Call center focus. - Takes advantage of the relatively captive anglophone market with much lower salaries than average for Montreal—but this is a common problem in the city with companies that hire monolingual anglos. - Family-owned company, with all the drama and infighting that entails. - The office is out in the boonies at the very end of the orange line. Could be a pro if you're a West Islander who drives, but it's a bummer commute if you live in the city.

Great atmosphere for work
Mar 16, 2023 - Junior Sales Representative in Montreal, QCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I really enjoyed my time at LinkNow Media. I felt like my managers cared about my working environment and there were lots of incentives in place to motivate and reward me for hard work. The overall culture of the office was really great and I enjoyed the work and my coworkers. It was a great job I could mentally leave behind when I went home for the day too - they don’t expect your off the clock time.
Cons
The work needs focus so it’s not for someone who is easily distracted or needs frequent breaks or interruptions.

Oct 5, 2022 - Junior Sales Executive in Vancouver, BCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Fantastic coaching experience by Jared, Paige, and Max would really recommend learning your closing skills from them.
Cons
This job will eat you alive if you don't have a natural ability to close deals. Also if you are not willing to step outside your comfort zone and you are not coachable then move on.

Pros
I worked in two different departments and I was very impressed with the company. The training was well above average, the managers are motivating, dedicated and go above and beyond. Everyone I’ve met in the company has been amazing and gone above and beyond for me. I had to leave for personal reasons and they were very understanding. The potential to make a lot of money is absolutely there. Great culture and friendly team!
Cons
There weren’t any cons during my time there

Aug 30, 2022 - Human ResourcesRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This company is amazing! They have a really great work environment and an awesome work culture. Despite being about 200 employees, they really treat everyone like family. They have a decentralised structure, and supportive management. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone considering to work there. The job is also fully remote.
Cons
None, they’re a solid company!
