I worked at Links International (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment. Great colleagues. Really made me feel very welcomed during my first few days as an intern. Supervisor was really helpful and willing to teach.

    Cons

Too much flexibility, no structured programs for interns. But because of that, high learning curve depending on your willingness to learn the ropes.

    Advice to Management

More structured internship program or maybe goal setting or reviews/ feedback.

    Pros

A real 'family' culture that supports autonomy and gives you the flexibility to create and build your own platform to succeed.
Strong presence in the market also as a brand name helps

    Cons

Important to hire the right people going forward and set a clear direction for both new and older employees. May take some time

    Advice to Management

    Keep it simple.

    Pros

Been the business just over 1 year and I like the size and structure. Big enough to be able work with client on a regional basis and have some brand presence but small and flat enough to get decision quickly and implement things that will make a difference

    Cons

After 10 years of stability there was a lot of turn over but things have settled down now and are moving in the right direction.

    Advice to Management

As the business grows make sure we hire people who fit the company culture its one of the most positive things about the business

I have been working at Links International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Friendly people
    Great commission scheme
Good training, support and career development
Commission focused rather than KPI focused
Open and supportive culture in office so you can make a difference
Management act on feedback and ideas
Asia focused (no overseas head office)

    Cons

Business has really turned a corner in last 6 months so only now starting to benefit from the upswing.
Looking forward to Links opening more offices in Asia and additional career opportunities in other countries in Asia.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and keep heading in the current direction
