    Pros

Pros - flexible and good work/life balance especially if you have young kids. You can manage your own time and unlike other agencies, not super strict on KPIs. Friendly management and people and relatively good culture but not sure about now. Not a stressful environment like other agencies and has much incentives and perks like team building activities and team drinks.

    Cons

Management has favorites and there is not equal treatment to all staffs. Can feel lots of politics in upper management and lack of support and resources in order for staff to hit targets. Salary and commission structure is average but at least annual leave incentive is better than other firms.

    Advice to Management

Treat all staff more fairly and give equal opportunity to all, not just to favorites. Allocate money back into the business in the form of technology or incentives so staffs can be more motivated and easier to hit numbers and be happy.

    Pros

Its a good place to work with supportive team and management. Links allows you to as an individual and also as a person.

    Cons

There are no specific downsides within the organisation, but sometimes politics can eat you up completely and that the only thing that worries me.

    Advice to Management

The only advice to the management would be to trust and support your employees, in return you will get the same from them.
