    Pros

The company has amazing benefits and compensation. It is also full of great people from senior management all the way down to the staff.

    Cons

The company moves very quickly and it sometimes feels like there isn't time to fully get through things and finalize all your documents before you move on to the next item.

    Pros

Awesome Department and Amazing company. Despite the downturn in the oil and gas industry the morale is second to none here at Linn Energy. A few words to best describe the organization are: Strong company culture, fun, transparent and a hard working and conscientious organization.

    Cons

The five words required for this category is that I am hoping for a full-time opportunity.

    Pros

Exciting at times with all of the acquisitions, fast growing company, great culture (other than IT department), and good (standard O&G) benefits. They even give every single employee company stock, which pays around a 10% annual dividend even on unvested shares.

    Cons

Can be overwhelming and lots of stop and go with all the acquisitions. The politics in the IT organization seem to cause a lot of problems throughout the organization. IT department needs a serious shake up...

Friendly management team. Good collaboration. Good salaries and benefits. Generally a great place to work. Company tries to abide by its core values, which it communicates effectively to employees.
