    Positive Outlook

I worked at Lintel part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Young and understanding managers an coworkers, salary that you can make even bigger just with your own attitude, work. Good for people who love comunication, a lot of different projects , not boring.

    Cons

Sometimes hard to make conversations everyday, and people you call, not always nice.

    Advice to Management

Hard to say. managers are talking a lot with consultants, so my best advise is to do the same, and comunicate ;)

    Recommends

    Pros

    Great work environment
You get the opportunity to provide new ideas
Good opportunity to explore your own ideas and design
You can follow your work from the design process to the final construction

    Cons

It's main construction method is Tilt-up and 95% of the projects are Industrial Buildings

    Advice to Management

Provide more feedback at the end off the projects,
what could be done to prevent or what would be done to improve on the overall process.
