Pros
We had weekends off so that’s nice. Easy interview. Anyone could get hired.
Cons
Very low base pay, commissions were high but VERY difficult to get. Not enough fresh leads, resulting in calling the same people repeatedly who would get angry. No real guidance other than to do better and sound more confident. Employees talked about each other when not working. No real downtime, just constant calling. Hostile and intense atmosphere, even insulting clients. No support or growth opportunities. The training is severely lacking. You learn about timeshares but not well enough about the actual job tasks.
