    Pros

Good hours, okay base pay, great commissions, benefits

    Cons

I was employed at the Myrtle Beach office at the opening, and the turnover from bottom to top was often then. It eventually was getting straightened out about the time I left. I returned to my prior career.

    Terrible place to work

Feb 12, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in Charlotte, NC
    Recommend

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Decent money, hours used to be good

    Cons

Owner is never there to deal with problems Coworkers are not nice, maybe to your face When they say max of 60 cases, they actually mean over 100 (and that was 20 more than the assistant manager dealt with) When you get a bonus they will try and not give it to you (when I quit, I had bonus’s leftover and knew I was never going to receive them) If you have a problem on your pay, oh well…

    Sucks

    Mar 10, 2022 - Anonymous Employee
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

The hours are normal 8-5 hours and you get off early on Friday

    Cons

There is no PTO, paid vacation, sick leave, or OT. You are forced to deal with clients that become ornery because management won’t do anything.

Not what was promised during training

    Jan 13, 2022 - Case Analyst
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

Good people, easy work environment, not a lot of pressure

    Cons

Too much of the commission part of the job is out of your hands. If the customers don’t answer phone next day you don’t get paid. If they’re behind on payments you don’t get paid. If it’s under 20,000 of debt you have to wait for down payment. The job is sold as “Get then to the questionnaire” “All they have to do is fill out online questionnaire AND ANSWER the phone within 24 hours” it’s really a 12-15 dollar an hour job no matter how good your are

    Started out great, ended poorly

Jul 9, 2021 - Case Manager in Charlotte, NC

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Decent pay, decent hours, good benefits plan

    Cons

Long hours for some nights, they are very unorganized and unprofessional, they overwork their case managers because they can't get new hires to stay there, so all the ones that are left get to take on more work than they can handle.
