    Cons

Low pay health benefits are high work place is always not clean and unsafe equipment breaks everyday management doesn't know how to conduct there self to much paper work one raise a year and management dictates how much your raise is management wants you to do there job and everyone else job for no pay.

    Advice to Management

Listen to and act on things employees say work harder for your employees and they will do the same pay employees more and they will stay give more raises and perks and cost of living to show the company cares and wants you there.and have an real open door policy with out an attitude like you don't care or just get out my office give all information needed like hr's number and most of all be fair.

Worked here over 8 years and there have been challenges, but overall the company strives to be fair with the employees. They pay more than most other companies in this industry.

    Cons

It's a dirty smelly job, but that's the nature of the Grease business.

Alot of trouble shooting, fixing pumps, stinky, nasty waste water. Inexperienced Management.

    Pros

Cool coworkers for the most part and OT over 40 hours

    Cons

Dirty, smelly job and insurance sucks. Pay is a little below average for truck drivers. Zero advancement opportunities and raises stink. Managers above you either have never driven a truck or even worked a grease trap and have no clue.

Scheduling is confusing and me and others don't feel management cares from their drivers. They display their "pillars" of values, but don't follow them.

If you like paperwork, boy you have a bunch of it. Hope you like scantron bubble sheets like in school, cause you will be filling them out all the time.

They have old and rickety equipment and maintenance is a nightmare. Their maintenance "budget" is a joke. They will make you use your vacation days when their equipment breaks down from lack of maintenance. They don't do preventative maintenance, but rather reactive maintenance and your paycheck will suffer for it from loss of hours.

Sometimes you can show up to work and simply have to go straight home cause your truck is broken, making $20 for the day with no apologies...

Was very stressful having to change schedules all the time and try and get even just minimum hours.

Honestly, I would not recommend working for this company as a truck driver, it's a corporate mumbo jumbo company and you are just a number.

    Good riddance.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of your maintenance "budget" and just fix your damn trucks. If truck needs tires because they are worn out, then just get tires. Also how about maintaining your vehicles pump system on a regular basis instead of just running it till it breaks!!!!
