    Positive Outlook

I worked at Lisa Academy full-time

    Pros

The administration really does care about student success. There is decent access to technology and the school is small enough that teachers can communicate with each other really well.

    Cons

Core subject area teachers have too much on their plates at times, which leads to burnout. There is a high faculty turnover. Communication with the administration can sometimes be difficult.

    Advice to Management

Keep trying to spread the responsibility of test scores evenly amongst subject areas. Offer teacher bonuses based on various criteria (not limited to test scores since many teachers only teach AP classes and others teach mostly remedial). Keep caring about students like you already do!
