    Pros

Excellent patient care compared to most offices.
Generally everyone really tried to do a great job.
Physicians, over-all, are kind and down to earth.
Supportive and nice PA/NP, nursing, and support staff.
Benefits fair for small, local employer.

    Cons

    Many, many long work hours.
Many requests to put in extra hours.
Pay well below average, with rare to no raises.
Very green nursing, /PA/NP staff as above.

    Advice to Management

Fix the cons and you have a great place to work with great patient care!

    Pros

People are dedicated. You work hard, but they understand when problems at home arise or healthcare issues need to be addressed. Sense of dedication and service shown by all employees from entry to top management.

    Cons

Sometimes a very busy day. Occasional office tiffs but for the most part people work well together and support each other. Pay could always be better, but it is competitive for this small town of 7,000.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to and involving the staff in your planning and decision making. Try to improve the healthcare and dental benefits.
