Pros
Busy, and overtime, and location
Cons
Too busy, lower than average pay, pressure
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Location certainly attracts younger crowd who like to stay close to the city. The traffic is always backed up on 400 in the evenings but that's no fault of Litens.
Cons
No trust in employees results in intense micromanagement. No freedom to develop new ideas or improve processes. There's major frustration with management at many levels. Pay seems to vary depending on your relationship with management, rather than your skillset. Overall just a very negative experience. No value for engineers. All of this, plus the stress of constant pressure in automotive environment results in very low employee retention. No one wants to stay long term here.
