I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The work being done is typically pretty easy, the training process is very short, and the option for a free slice at the end of a day's work.

    Cons

The management could use some work, the shifts are typically way too short, and the pay for the little time working is horrendous.

    Advice to Management

Your employees are worth more than $7.25. I know there are fellow employees alongside me that have worked here for a year or more without a raise.

    Pros

Great starting job, for getting yourself on your feet.

    Cons

Most locations, mine included, do not care for the individual so long as there is someone management can get chummy with.

    Advice to Management

Understand your sites, and stop letting Management get away with illegal employer practices.
