    I worked at Little Caesar's part-time

    Pros

30 minute breaks, you don't work the same station over and over again. when becoming a crew member, you do a little bit of every job.

    Cons

mostly minors working there, barely give raises (not me personally but another employee worked there for a year with no raise), minimum wage, not really able to work with hours, fast turnover rate

    Advice to Management

Should be more flexible with hours considering its a lower, minimum wage job
