Take the time to manager employees, and make it a fun enviroment. Respect those under you because they're the ones who help run the store .

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There aren't many. Leftover food from the hotbox and spare change from the tip jar.

    Cons

Everything. Yelling at employees even though they did nothing wrong, lack of care for cleanliness.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and take a look at your managers. Not all of them are great.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The best reason to work there in my opinion is the discount and easy work.

    Cons

The biggest con in my opinion is that management could be trained.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your management, just because someone has worked there for awhile does not mean they have what it takes to be GM.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere. Kind employees. Make friends or even best friends. Get paid. Work with your favorite food.

    Cons

Clocking out early if labor is high. Over working to fill racks when its slow. Management training is way too slow.

    Advice to Management

Give everybody the amount of hours as scheduled no matter the labor number. If training someone to be a shift manager please don't delay or just not train. We would like to be a shift manager as fast as possible (If you don't thats why soon to be shift managers leave. That also applies to regular employees that don't get their hours).

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pizza discounts, sometimes you can leave with pizza at closing, flexible hours, overall a positive place and friendly employees at the store.

    Cons

Rush hour is really overwhelming, it may suck for people that are new to Little Caesar’s and they do not have proper breaks either.

    Advice to Management

Actually have good training for new people
