I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lot's of opportunity to make a splash in this growing company. It's a very family-friendly, family oriented and family-owned company. The pay is alright, as are the benefits.

    Cons

Many people are overworked here, tough, especially if you're in a position of influence. And if you're not in a position of influence, many who you could use information from don't have the time to help you because their hair is on fire.

    Advice to Management

    Work-life balance is a thing.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company culture. Everyone from interns to the President/CEO are always kind, will say hi to you in the hallway and available for questions or a quick conversation.

    Benefits package is highly competitive.

It's a pizza company that remembers it's roots; dedicated to Detroit, working hard and playing even harder.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work and innovations!

I have been working at Little Caesar's (More than a year)

    Pros

The hours are fairly flexible, the boss at my particular store has been really helpful lately as far as scheduling for college. they're very understanding people and nice people. The job is fairly easy once you learn and break into it. There is a lot of work, but you're not really required do the same grunt work you used to. I don't know how many Little Caesars do this, but rather than throw away EVERYTHING, we donate our pizzas to homeless shelters. This has always been something that has made me happy and gave me a bit of pride for working there.

    Cons

You'll likely work nearly full time and occasionally hit overtime when in management but receive no benefits.
Occasionally you might be responsible for firing someone which is not always hard but it's never fun.
There are fewer managers than there are crew members and a crew member can not take your shift, this puts a much larger expectation and responsibility to show up, and show up early.
I would suggest not to get salary if offered; likely you will work more hours for less than your hourly wage once calculated.
No discounts at the store I work at, however, pizzas are $5, can't really be too upset.
Dealing with upset customers can be a pain.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get what you put into it, it can be really fun!

The coworkers are actually really great to be able to talk to and just have a fun time with.

You get really close to your coworkers and managers and just learn what to do slowly and you get more hours the harder you work.

They are semi flexible and will work with you with what you need, want is another story.

    Cons

Working here can be either very slow, or way too much to keep up with, we get really busy randomly. Cleaning is a big thing, working her you will be cleaning, A LOT.

They open around 10, so no early shifts for people wanting to relax the rest of the day on the weekends.

Only able to work 5 hour shifts, so max of 25 hours pay weeks

    Advice to Management

Fight for more hour shifts for crew members!

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun to work at my store because of the staff that we have

    Cons

Don't feel like listing what I would call the cons because some of them are important and some of them not so much.

    Advice to Management

To not stress out so much during rushes, keep more control of the items that you have for your Hot-N-Ready's

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I receive free food at work and get somewhat flexible hours, and the management is forgiving to mistakes that I may make.

    Cons

I receive minimum wage, basically no chance of a bonus or raise, and my boss gets a little overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

To my head manager, I would just say to calm down a little bit. Try and be more supportive of your coworkers. Your attitude is more destructive than productive.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I think the biggest "pro", would have to be the experience you gain.

When I started here, I was new to the working world, as in I'd never been "gainfully employed" before. I also came from a homeschool background, meaning I wasn't as experienced in social situations. In my time here, I've learned to work alongside people, as well as to help customers.

Everyone who works at my location, is extremely nice. They made me feel like family. This definitely helped me to get over my "fear" of working for/with people I'd never met before.

    Cons

The only thing that's really been a problem for me, is what I get paid. I understand that, being a fairly new employee, you're going to start at the bottom of the pay scale. That being said, with my current wage and my current "living situation" (I live a ways away from the town where I'm employed), it does get quite stressful at times.
