I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere. Kind employees. Make friends or even best friends. Get paid. Work with your favorite food.

    Cons

Clocking out early if labor is high. Over working to fill racks when its slow. Management training is way too slow.

    Advice to Management

Give everybody the amount of hours as scheduled no matter the labor number. If training someone to be a shift manager please don't delay or just not train. We would like to be a shift manager as fast as possible (If you don't thats why soon to be shift managers leave. That also applies to regular employees that don't get their hours).

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My location was a franchise store and my store manager was awesome. Extremely flexible with my hours and willing to work my changing schedule as a college student.

    Cons

Pay is low but what else do you expect out of a fast food restaurant.

    Advice to Management

Nothing really. Don't expect great employees with minimal pay but I'm sure you already know that.
