    Never a slow day, time would go by quickly.

    Cons

    Low pay, no overtime compensation and no chance for time off.

    Advice to Management

    Start paying overtime and pay the employees a livable wage.

    Pay girls the same as boys and stop comparing your employees to porn stars.

    Most locations, mine included, do not care for the individual so long as there is someone management can get chummy with.

    Understand your sites, and stop letting Management get away with illegal employer practices.

    Free food, free uniforms (hats, aprons, and shirts)

    Cons

    Forced to work off the clock, not even minors got breaks, unreasonable management, horrible pay, GM only made $18,000 a year, weren't allowed to have AC because it cost the company too much.

    Advice to Management

    Someone needs to su this company for them to even understand what they're doing is wrong.

    Easy access to corporate and management.
    Welcoming environment.
    Friendly, district competitions.
    Rule #1 of LC is to have fun.

    Cons

    Our a/c isn't the best, makes it difficult to work well in the summer.
    Registers are not up-to-date (affects paperwork).
    Schedule always changes, sometimes a hassle to make plans around it.

    Advice to Management

    Interact with your crew at a min. neutral level, it'll make your shifts easier. Don't display favoritism, keep the atmosphere as stress-free as possible.

    people are difficult to get a long with there are a lot of cliques

    Pros

    Great customer service experience. Also good communication experience with all co-workers. Required good accounting skills. Great team building experiences.

    Cons

    Under paid employees and to much work for pay. Employer was never there to supervise, also didn't care about his employees.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to your stores and employees. Needs to pay employees a decent wage and or keep up with six month raises.
