I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time

    Pros

The best thing about the job was the people who worked there. The paperwork was incredibly easy and the customers were usually okay. I loved making pizza and sometimes want to work there again. All in all, pretty fun job.

    Cons

Most employees don't want to be there and it was super hot all of the time. If you had a bad crew it could feel like you were behind all day

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

While they do train you to become super in one position, you do recieve basic training in all other positions. Flexible hours, fun crew. Very fast paced, challenging and great for a first time worker. Predictable rushes

    Cons

You have to be able to handle the stress of long hours and heavy rushes well. The fast paced environment is exciting but draining. The predictability is often draining as well. Heavy lifting and cleaning is expected.

    Advice to Management

Communication is key with your top preformers. Keep them motivated and positive. Reward them and challenge them in areas where they are weakest, don't limit them.
