I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Simple common sense work, anyone can be trained to do the job.

    Cons

I only wonder what it'd be like working for a pizza place that DOESN'T keep their pizzas ready...

    Advice to Management

The workers are only as good as you train them, don't be upset with anyone but yourself.

    Pros

It's not the typical fast food restaurant. It's probably better working there than McDonalds or Wendys.

    Cons

Little pay, the store gets hours by selling crazy bread and deep dish, It's hard to get a raise, Upper management such as district and regional managers love to give out orders but never try to understand each store individual problem. They love to tell the store to cut hours when we barely have hours as it is. I never have weekends off.. They don't pay me enough to deal with rude customers.

    Advice to Management

Stop thinking you know it all when you are not even in the stores. You are sitting on the couch with your laptop demanding orders..

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They will work with your school schedule. If you're a good worker it's pretty easy to get promoted.

    Cons

Terrible scheduling consistency, cheap as balls pay, horrid management, and everyone who works there is a felon, it seems like.

    Advice to Management

Actually get some leadership training. Don't hire kids and then promote them to management before they can even grow facial hair. Start employees at ten dollars an hour, not eight.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good schedule flexibility, chill place when there's downtime. The co-workers, at times, feels like a family. Nothing else to say here.

    Cons

Terrible management, nothing ever got done to the people who were lazy and punished the o es who did work hard. Too much pressure to sell deep dish and crazy bread, crazy expectations. No breaks.

    Advice to Management

Be more lenient when it comes to selling. We're food, super cheap food, not cars.

    Advice to Management

Of you are going to be a district manager, pay close attention to your stores. Make sure your staff is adequately prepared to do each of their jobs.
