I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Discounts, Managers and assistant managers were easy to talk to, and great crew. It's a good first job because it's just simple things your doing but introduces you to the workforce.

    Cons

It can get really boring when it's dead.
Can get chaotic during rushes because it's seams like it'll never end.

    Advice to Management

    Nope

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible schedule, good relationship with co-workers, and fun environment.

    Cons

Not enough hours, bad pay, and lazy managers.

    Advice to Management

For the most part, the managing was great, but there were a few managers that would purposely put you in harms way, and would sit around and do nothing and then yell at other co-workers to work. The most serious problem that I witnessed, was one of the mangers purposely hit and burned people, and when complaints were made, the main manager let it slide every time.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

the best reasons to work here would include; leadership learning, fast paced, time management as well as good vibing people they make you wanna be happy.

    Cons

poor management maria isnt the best manager, but michael makes up for it. as well as it gets really busy during rushs and rushs happen sometime spontaneous.

    Advice to Management

Don't try to be friendly with everyone and being passive aggressive isnt the way to go with alot of people. I personally enjoy you telling me how you feel and what you want me to improve and stop doing.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You can have a very flexible schedule, and it's usually a pretty fun job. There are opportunities to become a manager pretty often.

    Cons

Raises can only be a maximim of 3% of your hourly rate and can only happen once you've met all goals your manager has assigned to you. The raises can only happen at the 6 month reviews.

I don't think the amount of work put in to even just become an ACE, assistant manager, or even co-manager is worth it. You often have to go to different stores, memorize questions, and then you continue to go to classes and other things.

    Advice to Management

please add someone next in leadership to give extra hours that is working to have
    extra hours available.
