I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I receive free food at work and get somewhat flexible hours, and the management is forgiving to mistakes that I may make.

    Cons

I receive minimum wage, basically no chance of a bonus or raise, and my boss gets a little overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

To my head manager, I would just say to calm down a little bit. Try and be more supportive of your coworkers. Your attitude is more destructive than productive.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I think the biggest "pro", would have to be the experience you gain.

When I started here, I was new to the working world, as in I'd never been "gainfully employed" before. I also came from a homeschool background, meaning I wasn't as experienced in social situations. In my time here, I've learned to work alongside people, as well as to help customers.

Everyone who works at my location, is extremely nice. They made me feel like family. This definitely helped me to get over my "fear" of working for/with people I'd never met before.

    Cons

The only thing that's really been a problem for me, is what I get paid. I understand that, being a fairly new employee, you're going to start at the bottom of the pay scale. That being said, with my current wage and my current "living situation" (I live a ways away from the town where I'm employed), it does get quite stressful at times.

I worked at Little Caesar's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hours of operation mean off work by 10:30 pm and openers at 8 am.

    Cons

As a manager, if you want to keep the establishment clean and inviting then you have to put in the extra hours to keep the 'bosses' happy; or you let the place 'go' and labor dollars are ok. I preferred to keep to keep the place clean so worked a lot of hours.

    Advice to Management

    Get a good salary.
