      Pros

The only good thing about working at Ace of Spades, is that you are essentially being paid to experience live music and entertainment. You get to meet a lot of cool people along the way, but there are definitely more cons than pros when it comes to reviewing this company.

      Cons

-High turnover rates throughout the entire company, especially in management and security. -Low pay rates -Management treats employees unfairly and condescendingly. -Not a lot of room for growth, and they don't really encourage employees to try. -Lots of drama in every department. -Inconsistent schedule, so it's hard to have another job. -Because of the inconsistency, some months are better than others. Some months, there are only a few shows available to work, and even then, you're competing against other employees for hours.

Good morning, Has anyone ever been asked for an hour long second interview? Especially without discussing salary yet?! I have a two part second interview with a company next week that I am excited about, however, I still haven’t received a response when asking about salary, and it’s a total of an hour split between meeting with five people! Whew I’m a little nervous but more concerned that I may be wasting my energy for minimal pay.

      Manager

Good morning! I had a final interview the other day where I was tasked with presenting a project I was to work on. I presented and was told that my project was refreshing, I anticipated questions, explained my assumptions and there were no questions. In your experiences, is this a good sign? They said they were interested in how I speak and think. Good? Bad? Indifferent? I know everything is a 50/50 shot, but this was the first time I've been in this position, so I'm kind of anxious. Thanks

      Manager

I recently completed a 3 round interview. As I didn’t get the job I asked for feedback from the hiring managers. One responded and told me they think I great job during the interview. I was friendly, personable & professional. Provided an depth look into your experience, explained how I can be an asset to the organization/team, and shared my desire to grow and develop along the way. But the main advice was that I didn’t fully or better explain why I left my last company. Any thoughts on this?
