    Pros

No day is like the one before which keeps everything interesting and fun. You get to enjoy the productions and shows and sometimes get free tickets for times you're not working or for friends. The vendors are great to you and you sometimes get to meet or at least see the acts.

    Cons

The pay is not great, not just for my role, but for high up ones too! There were managers that were there for 7+ years and hardly made anything.

I worked at Live Nation Entertainment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Great Benefits
    -Free Ticket/Concerts
    -Great Industry
    -Great CEO

    Cons

    1) Fragmentation
This company is fragmented. Depending on which division and office you work for, you will be rewarded or punished. For example, there is a big difference between the N. Highland Office and the Beverly Hills office in terms of culture. (And if you want to know which one to go to, it would be the Beverly Hills Office).

    2)Long Hours
Be careful of the hours and the general work volume. At least from what I've heard seen from Marketing and Finance, their Work/Life Balance is not as advertised. You will be multitasking to a point of reduced efficiency.

    Advice to Management

Make an effort to make the company a collective and end the fragmentation. I realize that this is normal across most companies, but Live Nation has become an outlier of sorts.

With such a successful company, please staff properly. This will benefit everyone: It will reduce workloads to manageable levels, reduce errors due overwork/fatigue, isolate tasks to create employee specialties, and create efficiency in general workflows.
